No. Users' views are limited to only their

How do I keep up-to-date with
the aircraft progress from anywhere around
the world? |
| A: |
Users can keep up-to-date with aircraft
progress without having to be in our companies.
Our website provides several features to
accommodate customers' needs to stay updated.
Two of the features available are:
Aircraft
Graphical Schedule (AGS)
The AGS displays the aircraft schedule
in a graphical manner similar to
that of a Gantt chart. The Gantt
chart tracks schedule, percentage
of completion and extension of work
tasks. The AGS is updated daily
and customers can view the progress
of the aircraft through the use
of colored legends to identify work
scheduled, completed or extended.

| Q:
|
Why use Request For Quote (RFQ)
function? |
| A: |
An RFQ form is provided on the Internet
for customers to submit their request for
quotes on checks or work to be done on their
aircraft. Customers could upload the summary
workpack or other related files using the
file attachment feature. This cuts down
delivery time and review process of the
work package. Thus, customers can expect
to receive quotations in a shorter period
of time than before. |
| |
|
| Q:
|
How is the RFQ feature different
from e-mail? |
| A: |
Each time a registered user sends a file
using our file attachment feature, an RFQ
number is generated. The RFQ number generated
will be displayed on screen and can subsequently
be referred to when additional files need
to be attached. The RFQ feature provides
a more secured alternative as each RFQ number
is linked to an individual user's profile.
